Deep Tissue Laser Therapy

Deep tissue laser therapy is a scientifically proven way to reduce pain and inflammation. Laser therapy generates a photochemical response in damaged tissue by a process called photobiomodulation. This process stimulates healing on a cellular level by enabling cells to more rapidly produce energy (ATP). Treatments are fast, safe, painless, and most patients experience results after only a few sessions. This type of therapy allows for deeper tissue penetration, resulting in fast, efficient and consistent results. Sessions range anywhere from 4 – 15 minutes. If you’re looking for other options besides drugs or surgery, laser therapy might be a great option for you.

Testimonials

"Prior to doing physical therapy, I had a very difficult time using my foot and big toe after having surgery. I was unable to put pressure on my foot and do regular everyday activities (i.e. walk, run, exercise, etc). Doing physical therapy helped my foot regain strength it had lost. I owe a lot of the recovery process to laser therapy I did while having PT. The laser therapy took away and healed the scar on the bottom of my foot, took away the numbness and sensitivity, and allowed me to bend my toe much better than when I first started. I’m so very glad my surgeon recommended Professional Physical Therapy as the place to help me with my recovery. The staff is great, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They were able to provide me with the guidance I needed to get back to everyday activities sooner than if I hadn’t done anything to aid in my recovery. In the event that I need physical therapy in the future, I will definitely be back here to do PT and laser therapy!"

"I started laser therapy because of my back pain. Before getting laser, I could not reach past my knees. However, after just a few treatments I could touch my toes! One of the activities I was struggling with was gymnastics. I could not participate in gymnastics for several months. Now I am able to do much more at practice and am much more flexible!"

"The laser treatment worked wonderful. When I started, my pain level was an 8 out of 10. Now I am at zero most days! I can stretch my knee more longer endurance in walking and bike (stationary) it was a very positive experience. I would recommend it to anyone who has chronic pain. Everyone is so knowledgeable I would not hesitate to do the laser treatment again. Again, it really made a difference in my pain."
