ProPT was the best choice I made in my recovery process! I needed treatment for a years-old Achilles injury that I put off due to COVID. I am a runner, but was not able to walk around my job without significant pain. I had not run a half marathon without stopping due to pain in over 2 years. My ortho recommended another place, but I chose ProPT based on client reviews and proximity to my home and I was not disappointed! Dr. Ross was very encouraging and informative from my consultation, always making sure I knew how my muscles and tendons would react to the exercises and stretches we were doing. On the rare days when Dr. Ross couldn’t work with me herself, Chris and Amber were just as helpful, encouraging, and cheerful. My team truly cared about my comprehensive health, which made all the difference when I got back to running. When I told Dr. Ross that my hamstring was tightening up, she explained why and then made sure to incorporate exercises to strengthen the appropriate muscles and continue to reduce my risk of injury. These people have made all the difference for me: I can walk without pain again. I can run the half marathon distance without stopping and without pain! I am so thankful I chose ProPT and will definitely use them for any PT needs in the future.

The fact that all the staff are so encouraging even when I don’t see my progress is so important. The fact that ALL the staff know me and are there to help me in a heartbeat is so important. It shows they all care. They are fun to be with and really know their stuff. They are always polite and seem to always find the time to answer all my questions. Dr. Ross has been instrumental in my healing process and I would recommend her and the facility to anyone looking for physical therapy.

Doctor Ali, front desk, therapists all of you get 10 stars not 5, The first day i went in to Doctor Ali I knew I was in great hands and their front desk and entire team are one of the most professional staffs i have ever had the pleasure of being with. I went in with a lot of pain in my lower back as i had two surgeries and as luck would have it i was in a motor vehicle accident 28 days after surgery. I needed to find a place where I could trust the professionalism I loved it and was very comfortable there. I have not had many nights where i could sleep or be without pain but after today which was my fifth visit i am improving. Sleeping better and more positive about a full recovery, I told Doctor Ali if you and your team can get me to 75 % I would be thrilled she said not good enough we need 95 % or better. When she said that i was sold. I have 11 more visits and then the team will evaluate and see if i can get my life back. I highly recommend Franklin Professional Therapy for all your needs to feeling good again,

I needed help with my IT band – it was so painful I was barely able to walk. The staff here identified the issue and gave me a plan that got me walking without pain within 8 weeks. Everyone is professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Professional Physical Therapy!

Dr. Greg Patt is a true professional, a good listener, and very good at his job. He is also a nice guy. I sustained an injury to my lower back while playing pickleball. I was in pain and quite stiff. I was provided with a course of therapy (electrical, heat, stretch, various exercises, message, education) that vastly decreased my pain and improved my overall condition and functioning. I am back playing pickleball quicker than expected and feeling much better. Also, a thank you to everyone else who worked with me and assisted in my care. As far as scheduling, the front desk is easy to work with . I would highly recommend.

I received PT services at Professional Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine for my left knee, about 8 years ago. With their professional knowledge, PT and help, that knee has been fine since that time . I am now back for their physical therapy for right knee arthritis. (why would I go anywhere else?) I am more relaxed and comfortable since my first re-visit for the right knee, where I also got information on on how arthritis affects my knee as well as targeted PT.

Outstanding care and compassion- I had a wonderful experience here after undergoing rotator cuff surgery. The staff was very helpful, kind and professional. I would recommend Professional Physical Therapy.

When I was a patient at Professional Physical Therapy in Franklin MA, I was in physical pain throughout my whole spine. After my expieriance in PT I was feeling better than I was when I came out of the hospital and recieved the best care out of the therapist that work there. When I started with ProPT, a year or so ago, I had severe Knee Pain. Thanks to the therapy I received and the exercises given me to do at home that pain was soon alleviated and has not come back as I continue doing the exercises.

I recently was there because of hip pain. Once again, pain was alleviated with their therapy and exercises given me.

The Therapists and Assistants at Professional Physical Therapy listened to my complaints and acted accordingly giving me excellent results.

I would not and have not hesitated to recommend Professional Physical Therapy to anyone and everyone that is struggling with any kind of pain. Although I hope I don’t need them in the future, would not consider going anywhere else.

The entire staff is great! Due to a complicated knee issue I have been a patient off and on for many years. This is the only place I will do Physical Therapy. The front desk staff works with you to find appointment times that work best for you, and handles any insurance or referral questions or concerns. They always greet you a smile and kind words. When I had a particularly tough day they were always encouraging. The therapists and aides are all top notch. While PT can be difficult, this team works closely with you, pushing you to your limits to reach the best possible outcomes. It is a very comfortable and friendly setting. To me they have become like part of my family! I highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy.

I found Dr. Patt, Amber and Sue (who comprised my team) at PPT were awesome. From the very flexible scheduling of appointments to the highly trained therapists, my rehabilitation was easier and more complete than I expected.

PT is never a fun thing. With that said I truly enjoy working with everyone there. I’m rehabing my shoulder and it feels better and stronger every day.

Our 10 year old son Jimmy was injured during a school PE class, underwent knee surgery and needed PT afterward. We chose Professional Physical Therapy after reading Dr. Patt’s bio—we read that he was inspired to become a PT doctor by a PT doctor he had when he was injured as a child. We were not disappointed. Dr. Patt and the entire staff motivated Jimmy to get back to himself in no time. The entire office staff is pleasant , informative and kind. Thank you all so much. I hope we won’t have to use PT again, but if we do, I know where we’ll be. Who knows? Maybe Jimmy will be a PT doc someday! 😉

This is by far the best Physical Therapy out there. Between the welcoming front staff and the expertise of the clinicians, i knew i was in great care when I chose them. My son and I both suffered injuries at approximately the same time. Although I’m sure it was slightly inconvenient for the front office staff, they always managed to schedule our appointments together or extremely close to make it easy for us to coordinate our visits. This was much appreciated. By the 2nd visit, they knew us by sight and had all our check-in materials ready to go upon arrival.

I think between the two of us, we experienced every clinician on site and every single one was knowledgeable about us and our condition, whether or not they were the primary therapist. They each brought a unique style to the session that not only built off of previous sessions but also incorporated new exercises and ideas that continued to challenge both of us. This stands in direct contrast with another PT office in town that I had used for a knee injury previously where I did not have the same warm experience. Although I hope to never go back, if I have to, Professional Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine will be my first choice.

Extremely pleasant experience at Professional Physical Therapy! Warm, caring, non-judgemental, and friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere in the “gym” area, sharing friendly quips with other patients and with the therapists while we are exercising or having hands-on therapy. I have been going twice a week for about 6 months to work on two separate issues…..lower back/hip pain and weakness, and very stiff neck/shoulders. The exercises that I was given to do at home, combined with the body work that was done at PPT, worked amazingly well to strengthen and stretch muscles/joints that were in sub-par condition. After having a very positive experience with PPT after having knee surgery, there was no doubt where I would go after having a total hip replacement surgery. Dr. Patt and all the therapists are amazing in guiding, directing, and pushing for a complete return to full activities. Within 3 months I am able to do more than I could before and already have and look forward to skiing again this year.

I chose this place after reading some of these great reviews. Needed some help with my upper back after an accident. The initial consultation was extremely thorough and they got a full picture of my situation and any limitations or existing issues I have. All of the staff from front desk to assistants to therapsids are all very friendly and knowledgeable. It seems like it’s one, big family. Each visit I may be with someone different, but they all know my needs and are aware of my progress for the prior session. It’s a very relaxed, wide open space with everything you’d need to help recover from whatever you’re there for. Never too crowded and never a time where there is not enough equipment. Also never really and issue getting the dates/times I need for each appointment. I’ve been able to move them around with relative ease as-needed based on my busy schedule…so that accommodation goes a long way. Overall very pleased with their approach and how things have progressed for me over the past few weeks so far. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a little PT.

After finding myself in constant pain and limited mobility due to old injuries and chronic psoriatic arthritis I had just about given up on any chance of being comfortable again. My primary care doctor suggested I try some PT to”get moving again”. My son had been to Professional PT a couple of years ago for a sports related injury and had great success so I made the appointment figuring what have I got to lose. Well as it turns out, that was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. The team developed a plan for me that was easy to follow and I started seeing results almost instantly. I particularly liked how I saw a different therapist at each visit because each of them had their own unique approach but at the same time pretty much picked up where the last one left off. I am a long time patient. Was there do to Achilles’ tendon issues, then surgery on both heals and now neuropathy for a pinched nerve. I have had wonderful service. They explain everything and are a fun group of people. I highly recommend them to anyone needing Physical Therapy. There hours are great with before work and after work hours.

I’ve just started coming to the office, but I’m very impressed with the level of detail placed on the treatments. There seem to be so many options available to help improve a variety of issues, and the professionalism has been top notch! I also really love that they send you home with little exercise cards that you bring in each week – makes it very easy to keep track of what you’re supposed to be doing. I’ve been seeing Sue and she’s been excellent. Highly recommend this office if you are in need it PT!

I was nervous about needing PT, but the staff at Pro PT made everything easy and accessible. The office is really close to the Forge Park commuter rail stop, which made it really convenient for me. I especially like their exercise cards, which have pictures and instructions to help you do your exercises correctly. The front desk staff is welcoming, the PTAs and techs are friendly and knowledgeable, and the PTs are really approachable. I can’t recommend this office enough!

Have been to Professional Physical Therapy several times for various injuries and I have always been extremely satisfied. The staff, whether front office or therapist is terrific. It is a large, clean and pleasant facility with lots of natural light. The therapists are all well trained and skilled. In addition, they are a lot of fun with frequent laughter breaking out even as they add one more exercise to your regime.

I was lucky enough to have been recommended to come to Professional Physical Therapy by my doctors office. And I can’t say enough how great of a decision it was to come here. I came in for some excruciating lower back pain that caused my right leg to essentially seize up one day. Dr. Pat determined what the issue was pretty quickly, and set up a plan of action from there. He was very professional, and super friendly. All the staff I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with, were absolutely amazing. They made you feel at home really quickly. After several weeks of PT, I noticed a considerable difference in my level of pain. And towards the end of my sessions, the pain, and discomfort completely vanished! I have had a wonderful experience at Professional Physical Therapy. I spent 6 weeks rehabilitating my right hip following replacement surgery at Mass General Brigham Hospital. The exercises were coordinated by PPT through the surgeon’ s post operative team to determine the nature and extent of the exercise regimen so all were on the same page. I would recommend Dr. Jill Trovo and her staff of well-qualified therapists if you’re looking for positive end results from your rehabilitation.

Results oriented! Came back for a check on my sciatica and with treatment and some new exercises I am feeling much better, walking taller and can continue to swing that golf club!

Very pleased with my rehabilitation at Professional PT in Franklin, MA. The staff, in particular Tracy, has been very helpful in providing corrective exercises for daily work at home. The twice a week visits to their facility helps the healing with exercise, massage, ultrasound and other therapeutics have been very effective. I’m halfway through the rehab and have every indication that the results will be beneficial.

Over the past three years I have experienced several injuries (neck injuries,physical hip injuries and rotator cuff injuries) that necessitated physical therapy. I am now walking without a cane and can lift my arms up over shoulder height. The best thing is that I can resume my painting of miniature scenes.
Now, months later, I have returned for an assist in getting my knee strengthened. I cannot think of a place I would rather go to for help.

Sue Koeller, Amber Robbins and Sue Fiske were essential in my recovery from total knee replacement surgery. The attention to detail is evident in there extensive note taking at each appointment. I could see any of the three and be assured of receiving the same quality service at each visit.

I am completely impressed with how my physical therapist understandis every stage of my recovery. I have been rehab at Professional PT for three different surgeries over the past 20 plus years. Since my last visit some of the staff has changed but the professionalism has not. It’s was nice to see a familiar face from times past. All the staff live up to the name over the door!

I have used this service several times in the past. It just keeps getting better and better. The physical facility is very clean, attractive and bright. Jill is very friendly, knowledgable and professional. She thoroughly explains what she is doing to help my condition, and she asks pertinent questions about my level of comfort. My past issues have been totally corrected by physical therapy, so I have complete confidence that my current one will be too.

The therapists are knowledgeable and very professional. You are treated with respect and care. Their main objective is to get you better and your mobility the best it can be. I highly recommend them. I traveled 20 to 25 minutes to get to their location.

I have never had physical therapy before but I can assure you that this place is awesome. Great front desk and incredible therapists. They are passionate about their work and take the time to listen and help you in recovery.

After having knee surgery, Dr. Patt and his team did an awesome job taking care of me as they helped me go from not being able to move, bend or use my knee to getting full motion. Along with getting great care, I feel like I’m spending the hour with my friends. Since this is my 5th (I think) time, I’m sure I’ll be back with another her body part for you to fix.

The staff at ProPt are like family to me. I have been seeing them for many many years as I have been dealing with various physical issues from back injuries to knee injuries. The latest being another knee injury. They got my range of motion back and focussed on strengthening exercises at home to give me more lateral stability and strength.

No one likes going to PT, but this staff knows their stuff and pushes you to get better while having some fun at the same time. The front desk does an excellent job scheduling clients and even reminding those clients that have busy schedules (like me) that you have an appointment the next day.

Best medical staff I have every dealt with.

I’ve never been to a PT office that has such an open concept with the patient’s safety still being the main priority! They make healing fun! Would and have recommended them and will do so as long as they are there!!!

I will always highly recommend this Professional Physical Therapy. I actually travel half-an-hour, going by several more convenient PT places, to get my care there as I feel it is definitely worth the travel time.

I saw Dr. Patt for two months for my sciatic pain, I do maintenance for work and I’m constantly lifting heavy appliances and carrying them up to third-floor apartments. Before visiting PPT I was on reduced hours at work due to my back pain. I am now back to work full-time and feeling much better. Thank you so much to Dr. Pat and Amber for all of the help and to Allie at the front desk for answering all of my insurance and scheduling questions. I will definitely be back but hopefully I won’t need to be.

This was my first time ever needing PT. I had a pinched nerve in my knee causing pain when I tried to kneel on the floor with my new baby. During my initial intake, Dr. Ross listened to me and assessed what was going on so quickly and we made a plan together. Over the past few months, Dr. Ross and I worked together to get my knee feeling better. Not only is she extremely friendly and thoughtful, it’s obvious she knows exactly what she’s doing! I should also mention that the office is very organized with appointments and billing!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was convinced I would need surgery on my shoulder but Jill brought it back to feeling just about 100% again.

I new additional care was needed after several months of exercises provided by a different sports medicine practice,. This is when I turned to PPTSM and meet with Dr. Jill Trovo for a self evaluation.

I was very pleased with the self evaluation and recommendation for an 8 week program of stretching, exercises, and eventual laser therapy.

Working with Dr Jill has been a great experience. She is very attentive listener, always there for assistance and very knowledgeable. I’m happy to say after just three weeks my shoulder feels so much better and looking forward to a full recovery.

I had rotator cuff surgery in early September, 2 months letting it heal then ~5 months with ProPT. I could not be happier with the results. I am now back to all my prior activities – especially swimming. I have been to Professional Physical Therapy twice now for injuries I have had. Both times were phenomenal. The entire staff is very friendly and professional and they get you in for therapy no matter how busy your schedule is. Dr. Juliana Ross is my DPT. Dr Ross is Awesome. She is very happy and friendly and knows what she is doing. I have been dealing with a very tough sprained ankle and Dr. Ross is making it so I can function throughout my day. Without Dr. Ross’s help as well as the help from the entire staff of Professional Physical Therapy I would not be working. I highly recommend them to everyone who needs any kind of Physical Therapy. This is an AMAZING facility. Staff are courteous, caring, funny, and purely talented. It’s a brand new building just 2 miles out of Franklin ctr. Accessible from rte 495. The talent and obvious signs of education paired with the super support staff make them unique and stand ahead of any other. Dr. Jill and the staff are amazing.

This was not my first time seeking the help of Physical Therapists throughout the past five years, and I have gone to therapy in multiple locations. One thing that sets ProPT aside from all other clinics is the friendly environment and knowledge about their field that each and every therapist holds. Dr. Ross helped explain to me why I had tendinopathy in my hamstring compared to other clinics who just told me the what and not the why. Everyone who works at ProPT helps to create the best therapy experience I have ever had!

I have been going to Professional Physical Therapy for 3 weeks and have already noticed a marked improvement in the problem which my orthopedist wanted treated. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful.
When I complained about a different issue, a “Charlie horse” which occurred during the night, my therapist immediately showed me a stretch which relieved the cramping on the spot! I am already a big fan of this practice!

One of the receptionist named Pam had a disgusting attitude when I had to call to cancel my appt because I had to stay at home with my 6 year old daughter who was diagnosed with covid 19 and laughingly said welp your gunna be Responsible for a $75 payment and how workman’s comp shouldn’t cover it just very unprofessional I will be contacting the office again today about her attitude
