Dr. Erika Thorne received her Doctorate in physical therapy at MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2023 after receiving her B.S in kinesiology at UMass Amherst. 

Dr. Erika grew up in Franklin and is very excited to be able to treat in her hometown. She first got interested in physical therapy when she was in high school and suffered a knee injury. She loved the relationship that her physical therapist made with her and she wanted to be able to be that person for other people. 

While in school, Dr. Erika gained experience in outpatient clinics, a hospital, and an inpatient rehab hospital. She is very passionate about helping people gain back the ability to do what they love. Dr. Erika combines hands-on techniques with functional and tailored exercises to each of her patients to help them reach their goals. She is also excited to be able to expand her knowledge in the field with more continuing education experiences. 

In her spare time, Dr. Erika loves to travel, and try new restaurants. So bring any recommendations her way!
