I’m being treated for unsteady gait caused my 2 ruptured discs and lower lumbar pinched nerve. The sessions and the home exercises have been very effective. I particularly like the exercise application with instructions and short videos. All the therapists and front desk are very helpful with a warm welcome smile. This therapy has been absolutely 100% effective. I’m always looking forward to my next session. I’m walking better with improved balance. One of the receptionist named Pam had a disgusting attitude when I had to call to cancel my appt because I had to stay at home with my 6 year old daughter who was diagnosed with covid 19 and laughingly said welp your gunna be Responsible for a $75 payment and how workman’s comp shouldn’t cover it just very unprofessional I will be contacting the office again today about her attitude
