Over the years I’ve been to 3 different places in Franklin for Physical Therapy … More and Professional PT is the one I like the best (Dr. Ross, Keith and Amber). Literally everyone (front desk included) is positive and caring. The plan created by Dr. Ross is effective; the team is attentive to my particular needs and I have never felt rushed. I always leave smiling.
I had a really good experience at Professional Physical Therapy in Franklin. All the personnel are helpful and friendly and my therapist, Dr. Jules Reed, was super. She listened to my issues, conducted tests to determine what may be causing those issues and gave me an exercise plan. I really appreciated her time an effort and I definitely will return to PPT if the necessity arises.
