The staff that greets you and does the scheduling is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The therapists that work with you setting up your initial consult to form a defined therapy program to its implementation during your visits are extremely knowledgeable, professional ,and personable. The supporting staff and aids were equally knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I felt very comfortable from my first consultation and throughout my visits. I knew I was in competent hands. All of my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy to anyone looking for a great experience for any physical therapy needs.
