Extremely pleasant experience at Professional Physical Therapy! Warm, caring, non-judgemental, and friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere in the “gym” area, sharing friendly quips with other patients and with the therapists while we are exercising or having hands-on therapy. I have been going twice a week for about 6 months to work on two separate issues…..lower back/hip pain and weakness, and very stiff neck/shoulders. The exercises that I was given to do at home, combined with the body work that was done at PPT, worked amazingly well to strengthen and stretch muscles/joints that were in sub-par condition. My discomfort level decreased dramatically after faithfully following the prescribed exercises. Well worth checking out Professional Physical Therapy in Franklin, MA.!
