Juliana Ross gave me an excellent exam to determine my problems and map out … More a plan for my therapy. She is very interested in her clients. I’m being treated for unsteady gait caused my 2 ruptured discs and lower lumbar pinched nerve. The sessions and the home exercises have been very effective. I particularly like the exercise application with instructions and short videos. All the therapists and front desk are very helpful with a warm welcome smile. This therapy has been absolutely 100% effective. I’m always looking forward to my next session. I’m walking better with improved balance. This was my first experience with physical therapy, and it was all positive. Therapists were knowledgeable and friendly, and the front desk staff made scheduling and insurance a breeze. I mainly saw Dr. Ross, who was always attentive and responsive- she even got back to me quickly when I emailed a question on the weekend. Highly recommend!
