Over the years I’ve been to 3 different places in Franklin for Physical Therapy … More and Professional PT is the one I like the best (Dr. Ross, Keith and Amber). Literally everyone (front desk included) is positive and caring. The plan created by Dr. Ross is effective; the team is attentive to my particular needs and I have never felt rushed. I always leave smiling.
Highly recommend ProPT. The entire experience was exceptional. The front desk staff, all the PTs, the facility and equipment were first rate. I worked with Dr Ross and she was wonderful. The telehealth option also worked great for me. In 3 months my shoulder pain was gone and I could do activities again that had been painful for a year.
