They were able to set up an exercise program geared towards my specific needs and did a fantastic job. Both still feel great I kept the exercise cards that they use and still take time on occasion to run through them.I am currently in therapy for both knees and hips for arthritis and again they have come up with an exercise program that has strengthened my knees and hips, back out walking 3+ miles at a time.Happy about that.Careing, friendly, professional, clean facility.
